Image Clubs
Image Clubs (イメージクラブ imējikurabu or イメクラimēkura) provide adult services with the main selling point being a theme. Some common themes are office ladies (OL), nurses, school girls, and there are even some that are themed like train cars so you can give into your urge to feel up the hot girl on the crowded train (which btw Japan has a serious problem with).
Like with soaplands, it is sometimes hard for foreigners to get in, but there are some that will let you in. Usually full sex is not offered at these places to make them legal but just about everything else you can think of goes on.
